When holding it all together feels too heavy.

It’s time

Ready to break the cycle of overwhelm?

You’re exhausted. There’s always so much to do, and it never gets done. You spend a lot of your time regretting the past and worrying about the future. Sometimes, it feels like you are always stressed.

Change is Possible

You’re not happy with how you’re coping.

The things you do to manage your stress aren’t working well anymore (or they are just straight-up bad for you). You’ve tried to ā€œstop stressing out,ā€ and you can’t. You know that you have a tendency to resort to behaviors that you would like to stop (because they ultimately make things worse).

It’s not easy to admit, but you’ve felt pretty ā€œstuckā€ for a while. You want to feel a sense of meaning and purpose in your life, but you aren’t exactly sure how to get there.

Therapy Types

Dialectial Behavior Therapy(DBT)

Sometimes it can feel like our emotions have gotten the best of us. DBT offers concrete tools to help you navigate big feelings. We focus on building skills (via the DBT skills training modules) for emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and healthy relationships — so you can move through life with more balance, clarity, and confidence.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

The reality is that there are many things in life we cannot control. The good news is that we can choose how we respond to situations outside of our control. ACT helps you step out of the struggle with your thoughts and feelings. In ACT sessions, we practice acceptance, build psychological flexibility, and take values-driven action.

Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprogramming (EDMR)

As many of us know, pain from the past can get stuck, and then surprise us in the present moment. EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that helps your brain and body process these stuck memories, which ultimately reduces emotional distress. This may sound dramatic, but our clients say that EMDR has literally changed their lives for the better.

Drama Therapy

Sometimes situations are so overwhelming that trying to do ā€œtalk therapy just doesn’t cut it. This is where the creative arts therapies come in. Drama therapy invites you to explore the many parts of yourself and your relationships through creativity, movement, role play, and metaphor. This experiential approach allows for safe expression and emotional healing.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, disoriented, and overwhelmed. There are many kinds of trauma—some trauma is loud and obvious, while other trauma can be subtle and chronic. In trauma therapy, we use evidence-based tools and modalities (including EMDR) to support you in working through previous wounds so that you can move forward without being defined by the past.

Couples Sex Therapy

Relationships are hard - this is a reality. Intimacy can feel complicated because humans are complex - attachment and communication styles vary from person to person. In couples sex therapy, we address communication challenges, emotional distance, and intimacy blocks, helping you and your partner(s) reconnect, reignite desire, and strengthen your relationship.
