Getting Started
How do I begin therapy or assessment services?
All new clients start by completing our New Client Intake Screener. This brief form allows our team to thoughtfully review your needs and determine the best provider match.
You can learn more about the process on our Get Started page.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we do! We understand that you may want to get a feel for your provider before jumping into an initial session.
You may choose to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with a provider before deciding whether to work with them. Once you have completed the Intake Screener, a team member will email you to share provider availability and give you the option to book a consultation (or book an initial therapy session).
How long does it take to hear back?
You can expect a response (via email) within 24-48 business hours after submitting your intake screener or sending us an email.
Fees & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently in-network with Aetna.
We are out-of-network with most other insurance companies.
What are your therapy fees?
Therapy fees vary by provider and range from $200 to $330 per session.
For specific provider rates, please visit our individual provider bio pages. You can locate a page dedicated to each clinician under the βTeamβ dropdown.
What are your assessment fees?
Assessment fees vary by assessment type and range. The out-of-pocket cost for assessment ranges from $2,500 to $6,000.
Please note that if you are using an insurance plan that covers assessment and testing, the total you pay for the evaluation is typically lower than the out-of-pocket cost.
Do you offer reduced-fee services?
Reduced rates may be available based on financial need. Availability varies by provider.
Do you provide superbills?
Yes. If you are using out-of-network benefits, we can provide a detailed superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Is it possible to do EMDR therapy online?
Absolutely. Virtual EMDR is effective and widely practiced. We use specialized platforms designed for virtual EMDR that allow for effective bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping) via video. Many clients find that processing trauma from the comfort of their own home adds an extra layer of safety to the work.
